The function of a Three-Way Valve is to permit replacement of one of the Pressure Relief Devices, while the other is protecting the pressure vessel. In this way, a vessel is protected from overpressure during servicing and removal of the Pressure Relief Valve. The system refrigerant charge is not required to replace a Pressure Relief Device.
Applications:
The 92 Series Three-Way Valves are suitable for use with HCFC and HFC refrigerants and their associated oils, as well as other industrial fluids noncorrosive to brass and steel.
The 802 Series Three-Way Valves are suitable for use with ammonia, HCFC and HFC refrigerants and their associated oils, as well as other industrial fluids non-corrosive to steel.
