148B3747 Danfoss SNV-ST, 3/8" MPT x 3/8" FPT (bottom x side connections)

Danfoss SNV gauge valves are designed as service valves with a very sturdy construction. Danfoss SNV-ST are made in steel approved for low temperature operations. SVA-SS are stainless steel versions. SNV valves have internal backseating (metal to metal), enabling the spindle seal to be replaced while the valve is still under pressure. SNV is applicable to HCFC, non flammable HFC, R717 (Ammonia) and R744 (CO2).

Features:

• Danfoss SNV-ST and SNV-SS valves have back seating (metal to metal).
• Compact and light valve for easy handling and installation.
• No special flow direction required.

• Housing material is low temperature steel (stainless steel for SNV-SS) according to requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive and other international classification authorities.
• Valve safety is enhanced with the spindle being secured such that it cannot be unscrewed.

Technical data:

• Refrigerants: Applicable to all common refrigerants including R717 and R744 (CO2) and non corrosive gases/ liquids. For further information please see installation instruction for SNV-ST.
• Temperature range –60/+150°C (–76/+302°F).
• Pressure range The SNV gauge valves are designed for: Maximum operating pressure of 52 bar g ( 754 psig). Valves for higher operating pressure available on request.
