Push-button oil sampling valve with 1/4" NPT male connection and locknut for foam control. Neoprene sealing. Used for refrigeration and ammonia compressors.
Push-button oil sampling valve with 1/4" MPT connection. Stainless steel with e-nickel plating. Used for refrigeration and ammonia compressors.
This oil sampling valve is specifically designed for ammonia compressors, with sealing, material and plating that are compatible with ammonia. It includes a locknut feature which is recommended to reduce foaming while sampling (a common issue with ammonia).
Features
Easy push to open: Release to close action.
Cost-effective: No probes needed, reduces the risk of cross-contamination
Locknut: Foam can be a common issue with ammonia compressors. The key to reducing foam is to use the locknut feature on the valve. Simply open locknut about halfway and pulse push button to reduce foam
Unique 360° rotating spout offers convenient sampling and installation without swivel fittings
Reliable: Dual sealed design independently tested at 7800 psi for one million cycles
Patented elastomeric valve seals vacuum-tight at 27 in Hg
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel chain and clip with no exposed springs
Rugged spout design with easy to grip knurled cap
E-Nickel plating and steel materials for compatibility with ammonia
